Tasks:

  • · Generate sales leads of company’s products and services
  • · Meet personal/team sales targets
  • · Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • · Handle customer requests and complaints via phone, email, mail or social media within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • · Assist with bookings and reservation, refunds, or exchanges
  • · Inform customer of deals and promotions
  • · Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • · Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • · Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • · Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • · Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, Master is an advantage
  • · Proven customer support experience
  • · Strong and excellent communication skills in active listening
  • · Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • · Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • · Negotiation, Positive Attitude and Problem Solving
  • · Attention to Detail
