After your arrival in Rome, you will make your own way to the hotel already booked for you by Choose Balkans, where you will be welcomed by hotel staff assisting you with the check in procedures. After freshening up and settling in, spend your first day exploring the city at your own pace. As the saying goes; "All roads lead to Rome". So here you are, at the heart of ancient Rome; take this opportunity to wander through the enchanting streets and immerse yourself in the vibrant life of the city.

Today, we’ll embark on a delightful food tour and explore the neighborhood of Trastevere, known for its lively nightlife, charming streets, and hidden culinary gems.
Our tour begins at a bustling local market, where the air is filled with the irresistible aromas of fresh ingredients. At this stop, we will try all kinds of spreadable creams made of rich and unique flavors such as truffle, mushrooms and cheese. After sampling these treats, we raise a glass and toast to the day with a refreshing limoncello.
Next, we step into a charming store renowned for its selection of local products from the Norcia region. Here, we will try fresh prosciutto, ham, and salamis. The store’s warm atmosphere and the quality of the products make this stop a highlight for any food enthusiast.
Our local food tour adventure continues at a local pizzeria, where we’ll enjoy mouthwatering arancini—crispy rice balls that are a Roman specialty. We’ll then head to the next pizzeria to sample authentic Roman pizza, known for its super-crispy, thin crust. This classic pizza is simply topped with cheese, tomato, and a drizzle of fine olive oil, allowing the pure flavors to shine.
For our final stop, we’ll visit a gelateria to try authentic Italian gelato! Here, you will experience the smooth, rich textures and vibrant flavors that define this delicious and iconic Italian treat. This marks the end of our unique food adventure.

After breakfast, we will drive through the heart of Tuscany. As the saying goes, "In Tuscany, every hilltop is a painting, and every meal a masterpiece." Our first stop will be at a local winery, where you’ll have the chance to taste some of the region’s finest wines. Enjoy a guided tour of the winery and savor a tasting of three exceptional wines from the area.
Following the winery visit, we’ll continue our journey to the capital of Tuscany, Florence (Firenze). Known for its cobbled streets, iconic museums, and stunning architecture, Florence is also home to the first banks, including the legendary Medici Bank, once the largest and most respected financial institution in Europe. During our time in the city, learn more about the powerful Medici family, whose influence helped shape Florence’s rich cultural, artistic, and architecture. Florence beautifully blends its rich history with vibrant modernity, making it one of Italy's most captivating cities.
We will start our visit at Florence’s iconic Piazza del Duomo. This square is home to some of the city's most famous landmarks, including the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (the Duomo), Giotto’s Campanile (the bell tower), and the Baptistery of St. John.
After we take a short walk to the famous Ponte Vecchio. This medieval stone bridge, lined with jewelry shops, offers a picturesque view of the Arno River and It’s one of Florence’s most photographed landmarks.
Have some free time exploring its art treasures. No visit to Florence is complete without visiting the Uffizi Gallery, one of the most famous art museums in the world. The collections of paintings from the 14th-century and Renaissance period include some absolute masterpieces from Michelangelo; Giotto, Simone Martini, Botticelli, etc.

Today we will drive to the iconic city of Pisa, home to one of the most famous landmarks in the world, the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We will visit the Piazza dei Miracoli, the square where the Leaning Tower, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, and the Baptistery of St. John are located. Don’t forget to snap the classic photo of the Leaning Tower and marvel at the beauty of this architectural complex.
Later we head towards the charming coastal town of Portofino, located along the stunning Italian Riviera. Portofino is known for its colorful buildings, luxurious yachts, and scenic harbor. We will wander through the narrow streets while enjoying the sea breeze, and take in the view of the Portofino Lighthouse. The town’s vibrant atmosphere and natural beauty make it a perfect spot for a relaxing stroll or coffee by the sea.
Next, we’ll continue our journey to Genoa, proudly known as the birthplace of the world’s most famous explorers: Christopher Columbus. We will visit the historic center of Genoa's, one of the largest in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Our stop will be Piazza De Ferrari, a bustling square is the heart of the city and is surrounded by some of Genoa's most important landmarks. After breakfast, we’ll set off for the French Riviera, heading towards Cannes (France). Cannes is known for its elegant beachfront, luxury boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. We will stroll along the Boulevard de la Croisette, the city’s iconic promenade lined with luxury hotels, theaters, and designer shops. Enjoy the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the glamorous yachts docked at the port. We may even spot a celebrity or two!
From Cannes, we’ll head to Nice, the capital of the French Riviera. Nice is a city filled with art, history, and culture. We’ll take a leisurely walk along the Promenade des Anglais, where we will enjoy the Mediterranean breeze and the stunning views of the turquoise water. We will also explore the Old Town (Vieux Nice) with its narrow alleys, vibrant markets, and colorful buildings. We will continue our visit to Cours Saleya, a bustling market square known for its fresh flowers, local produce, and artisanal product. Enjoy some free time to wander or have lunch.
After exploring Nice, we’ll make our way to Monaco, one of the smallest but most glamorous places on earth. The city state Monte Carlo is known for its wealth, luxury, and grand casinos. We will visit the Exotic Garden of Monaco, which offers incredible views of the Mediterranean coastline. Have some free time to wander around the Monte Carlo district, famous for its luxury hotels, high-end shops, and the Casino de Monte-Carlo. After an exciting day on the French Riviera, we’ll head back to Itally’s Costa Azzurra in the late afternoon. Overnight near Costa Azzurra

Today we will set off towards Milan, Italy's fashion capital and one of the country’s most iconic cities. Upon arriving we will visit the stunning Duomo di Milano, one of the largest and most impressive Gothic cathedrals in Europe. Next, we’ll stroll through the elegant Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, an upscale shopping gallery featuring luxury boutiques and beautiful architecture. We’ll also pass by Piazza della Scala, home to the world-famous Teatro alla Scala opera house. Later we will drive towards one of Italy's most famous and picturesque destinations: Lake Como, known for its crystal-clear waters, stunning mountain and charming lakeside villages. We will take a leisurely walk through the charming streets, exploring the Piazza del Duomo, the Como Cathedral (Duomo di Como), and the lovely Piazza Cavour, where you can enjoy the view of the lake. Have some free time by the lake side, explore Como's historical quarter, relax with a cappuccino or take the funicular for an amazing view. In the late afternoon we will drive towards picturesque Switzerland. Overnight in Switzerland

Enjoy breakfast with an amazing view of the Swiss Alps and get ready for our journey to the tiny yet fascinating country of Liechtenstein. Our first stop is Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein. This small yet charming town is famous for its fairy-tale-like setting, nestled between the Alps and the Rhine River. We’ll visit the Vaduz Castle, which overlooks the town and is home to the princely family. We will stroll through the town's pedestrian streets lined with quaint shops and cafes, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this small European gem.
From Liechtenstein we will continue our journey towards Austria, and visit the beautiful city of Innsbruck in the Austrian Alps. Known as the “Capital of the Alps,” Innsbruck is a perfect blend of nature, history, and vibrant city life. We will visit the Old Town (Altstadt), known for its beautifully preserved medieval buildings, narrow streets, and colorful facades.
Our next stop is one of the most iconic sights in Innsbruck, the Golden Roof (Goldenes Dachl), a landmark building with 2,657 gilded copper tiles.
Have some free time to take a walk down Maria-Theresien-Strasse, Innsbruck’s main shopping street. Here, you can find a mix of high-end boutiques, souvenir shops, and cozy cafes where you can relax and enjoy a coffee or local pastry. Overnight near Innsbruck

Today, we will continue our journey through the Austrian alps, heading to the cultural and musical heart of Austria, Salzburg. The city is famous for its baroque architecture, its well-preserved old town, and as the birthplace of classical music composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Our first stop will be the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. We will stroll through cobblestone streets lined with beautiful baroque buildings, charming squares, and quaint shops. Later we will visit another highlight of Salzburg, the Mirabell Palace and its surrounding gardens. The palace, with its impressive architecture, is home to the Mirabell Garden, a beautiful baroque garden.
In the afternoon you’ll have some free time to wander through Salzburg at your leisure. You can visit Hohensalzburg Fortress or Salzburg Cathedral (Dom zu Salzburg). After breakfast, we will depart towards Munich in Germany. The dynamic city is known for its rich history, beer gardens, and stunning architecture. Our first stop is Marienplatz, the central square of Munich. Here, we will admire the New Town Hall (Neues Rathaus), a stunning Gothic building that houses the famous Glockenspiel, a clock tower with moving figurines. A short walk from Marienplatz takes us to Frauenkirche, Munich's iconic cathedral with its distinctive twin towers. No visit to Munich would be complete without a stroll through the English Garden, one of the largest urban parks in the world. Whether you want to take a leisurely walk, enjoy a beer at one of the traditional beer gardens, or simply relax by the serene waterways, the park is an oasis in the heart of the city. Today, we will depart from Munich and head towards our first stop, Pilsen in Czech Republic. As we drive through the scenic landscapes of Bavaria and the Czech countryside, we will experience a blend rich culture and history. Pilsen is world-renowned for being the birthplace of Pilsner beer, one of the most famous beer styles globally. We will visit the historic city center of Pilsen. The town square, Náměstí Republiky, is surrounded by colorful buildings and features the St. Bartholomew’s Cathedral, with its impressive Gothic tower. Take some time to wander around the square, enjoy the local cafes, or visit the Great Synagogue, one of the largest in Europe.
We will continue our journey towards Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. After a day of traveling and sightseeing, you’ll have some free time to relax. Overnight in Prague

Our day will start at the famous Old Town Square, the beating heart of Prague. Surrounded by colorful Gothic, Baroque, and Renaissance buildings, the square is home to the iconic Astronomical Clock (Prague Orloj). After exploring the Old Town, we will take a walk to the iconic Charles Bridge, one of Prague's most famous landmarks. This 14th-century stone bridge lined with statues of saints, offering some of the best views of the city. From the bridge you can take in the sights of the Prague Castle on one side and the bustling Old Town on the other. Later we will visit Prague Castle, the largest ancient castle in the world, and a UNESCO World Heritage site. This castle complex dates back to the 9th century.
Have some free time to relax or continue exploring Prague. For those interested in shopping or simply soaking up the atmosphere, head to Wenceslas Square, the city’s main commercial and cultural hub. Alternatively, you can take a relaxing Vltava River cruise to enjoy the city from a different perspective. To round off your day, enjoy a traditional Czech dinner at one of Prague’s charming restaurants. While not as well-known as Prague, Brno is a hidden gem and is the cultural capital of the Moravian region. We will visit Freedom Square, Brno’s central square. It is surrounded by beautiful historical buildings and is home to a vibrant atmosphere with cafes, shops, and local life.
After exploring Brno, we’ll continue our journey to Vienna, Austria’s imperial capital.
Have some free tiem exploring the Heart of Europe, Vienna at your own pace. Explore its rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant culture. Do not miss a walk near Stephansplatz, the central square of Vienna; Rathaus (Vienna City Hall), an impressive Gothic-style building. Pass by Vienna State Opera (Wiener Staatsoper), one of the most iconic and prestigious opera houses in the world. End your day with a drink and enjoy the scenic views of the city.
