After breakfast, get ready to explore the beautiful coastline of The Albanian Riviera. The riviera is known for some of the most famous beaches in Albania, for its hidden coves, pebble beaches and crystal-clear water inviting you to dive in. Your tour leader will drive you towards Borsh, the longest and largest beach in the Ionian Sea (7km-long). Borsh is a quiet coastal village known for olive oil production. The beach is very clean and the water amazingly crystal clear. From the beach you have spectacular views of the Ionean Sea, the coastline and the surrounding mountain range. You will have the whole day free to absorb and store all the sunshine. Later that day, we will drive towards Vlore. The city is known for its balmy year-round temperatures and very little rainfall, making it a popular destination. Vlora was founded in the 6th century BC under the name of Aulona. The city is known as the ‘’City of the Flag’’; the independence of Albania was declared here on the 28th of November 1912. We will visit the Flag’s Square and the Independence Monument. We will then have a walk in Muradie Neighborhood, visit Vlore’s main mosque an Albanian National Monument built in 1537. The Muradie mosque is a stunning Ottoman building which has been well preserved for almost half a millennium. Overnight near Vlore

While driving along the Albanian Riviera, we will pass some of the most beautiful beaches of Albania; Palase, Dhermi and Himare. Along the way we will drive through small villages one by one, clinging to rock faces by the seaside, all tumbledown stone walls and narrow pathways, overhung with vines full of grapes, and trees heavy with figs and walnuts.
Our first destination will be Dhermi, one of the most famous beaches in Albania. Known for its hidden coves, pebble beaches and crystal-clear water inviting you to dive in. You will have some free time to absorb and store all the sunshine.
Himara will be our next destination for this day. The town is located next to imposing mountain peaks covered in deep green forests, crystal-clear seas fringed by long white beaches and sparkling springs. You can enjoy a walk by the seaside, fantastically tasty food combining local cuisine and some influence by neighbouring Greece. The promenade by the sea side gives you the opportunity to try fresh fruit juice and even shop handmade souvenirs. Overnight near Albanian Riviera.

Start your day by enjoying a coffee while taking in the stunning view of the sea. Take your essentials like a comfortable beach towel, sunscreen, and a good book and head to the beach. Whether you're in Dhermi or Himare, both areas offer beautiful beaches. Dhermi is known for its pebbly beaches, while Himare offers a mix of sandy and pebbly shores. Spend your day swimming in the clear waters and soaking up the sun on the beach. Overnight near the Albanian Riviera.

Saranda is considered to be the pearl of the Albanian Riviera, especially during the summer period, when many refer to it as the unofficial capital of Albania. Located in a perfect natural bay of the Ionian Sea with an amazing view of Corfu Island. Saranda is blessed with more than 300 days of sunshine during a year, making it a favourite destination for both local and international tourists. Saranda is known for its rocky beaches, numerous bays, rich flora and fauna, citrus plantations, olive groves and vineyards. The port of Saranda is one of the most important in the southern region of Albania, thus becoming a connecting point with the Mediterranean countries.
We say a fond farewell to our newfound friends and tour leader after an unforgettable journey. Our guide will drop you off at Saranda Port where you will take the ferry (tickets included) to Corfu port. The trip across the sparkling waters of the Ionian Sea leads you to Corfu Port, the endpoint to this incredible tour. Arriving in Corfu Port remarks the beginning of cherished memories and the end of this amazing tour.
